Andy first joined the band when he moved down to Kent from Sheffield in 2006 for work experience. After finishing college, Andy resumed his role and made the move to Kent more permanent.

Andy took over the Principal Cornet position from Sharon, and enjoyed many successful solos with the band.

Andy retired from the Band in May 2010 whern he moved away from the area for work purposes.
